Hassan Maad appointed as Managing Director of Evidian
Paris, March 15, 2006–Hassan Maad has been appointed as Managing Director of Evidian.
Hassan Maad (41) is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Ingénieurs in Caen, and also holds postgraduate diplomas in instrumentation and command/control and business administration.
He began his career in 1987, working in Research for France Télécom, before joining ATOS.
From 1989 to 1993, Hassan Maad took over as technical project manager responsible for major industrial IT programs at Bull, Evidian's parent company, and between 1994 and 1998 he was a senior independent consultant in charge of the technical department focused on implementing security projects, particularly those based on Bull solutions, both in France and abroad.
From 1998, prior to being named as Managing Director of Evidian, Hassan Maad was the founder, Chairman and Chief Executive of Enatel, which specialized in services and software in the area of user access management.
In September 2005 he joined the senior management team of Evidian as Vice-President responsible for development, following the acquisition of Enatel by Evidian in that month.
